The march was led by Dharmanath Maghiya. He said that the sanitation workers have now imbibed the ideas of Baba Saheb Dr. Ambedkar. They are moving forward on the path of the basic mantra given by him “Be educated, get organized and struggle”.
The convenor of the organization, Surendra Valmiki, said that the sanitation workers will have to understand the importance of the right to vote and education given by Dr. Ambedkar, only then will real change be possible in the society. The program was conducted by Sonu Magahiya. He said that this awakening of social consciousness is the gift of our great men, who fought for rights even in adverse circumstances and got the right to equality through the Constitution.
