In a shocking incident, a medicine businessman's elderly parents, wife, and daughter were savagely murdered by having their heads crushed in Etah district, Uttar Pradesh, on Monday afternoon. The attack took place in their two-story home in the Nagla Premi area under Kotwali Nagar police station limits, with no signs of theft or robbery reported.

## Crime Scene Details

Blood-soaked interlocking bricks found at the scene are suspected to be the primary murder weapon, alongside sharp-edged tools used in the assault. Victim Ganga Singh (75), who was mobility-impaired, lay dead on a cot on the ground floor. On the first floor, in one room: daughter-in-law Ratna Devi (45) on the bed, her daughter Jyoti (20) and mother-in-law Shyama Devi (70) on the floor—Shyama was gasping when police arrived but was declared dead at the hospital.

## Family's Discovery of the Horror

Businessman Kamal Singh returned home around 1 PM for lunch, noted everything normal with all family members present, ate, and left for his medical store then the market. At 2 PM, his 5-year-old son Devansh came back from school, noticed the fan running oddly in the winter cold despite removed shoes in the veranda, entered the room, and screamed upon seeing the bodies—alerting neighbors.

## Police Probe and Suspicions

With no loot, police suspect an insider or acquaintance who had reconnoitered the house beforehand, though the motive remains unclear. Deputy Superintendent of Police Shwetabh Pandey arrived with heavy forces; dog squad and field units conducted searches.
