Now in this case, actress Sujata, who is known by the screen name Saumya, has revealed her horrifying truth. Narrating her ordeal, the actress said that she was kept like a sex slave.

The actress told that at the age of 18, a director gave her work in his film. That director and his wife forced Soumya's parents to let her go to the movies. The director used to call Soumya his daughter, but used to do such beastly acts with her in private, which took the actress 30 years to recover from. In this interview, Soumya told, 'I was 18 years old. It was my first year of college. My parents did not know about films. I got this opportunity to work in a Tamil film through a theater contact in college.' The actress told that the director came with his wife to pick her up. Soumya was not comfortable with that person from the very first day. The actress said that with time she understood that the director was preparing her as his 'sex slave'. On the other hand, he also used to call her 'his daughter'.

According to Soumya, the director had a daughter of his own who left the house accusing him of rape. The man said that she was lying. Describing the sexual abuse she faced, she said, 'One day when his wife was not at home, he kissed me calling me daughter. I was stunned. I wanted to tell this to my friends but couldn't. I was ashamed, I kept thinking that I was wrong and I had to behave well with him. So I continued going to practice, dance rehearsals.

I continued going there and slowly that man used my whole body for his benefit. There came a moment when he forced himself on me and raped me. All this went on for a year when I was in college.' Soumya also says that the director had inserted a rod in her private part. He said that he was doing this for 'entertainment'. Not only this, the director used to repeatedly call Saumya 'daughter' and also used to say that he wanted to have a child with her.

A lot more happened with actress Soumya in the Malayalam film industry. The actress gave three hit films in the 90s. An actor from one of her films sexually abused her. Soumya said that the name of that actor also appeared in the Hema Committee report. The actress said, 'The director, actor and technician have misbehaved with me. My rights were also violated.

 A person spat paan on me.' She also said, 'After enduring all this, it took me 30 years to recover from the feeling of 'shame'. I tell all the victims to complain about the things happening to them.' Actress Soumya did not reveal the name of the director during the interview. She says that she will soon reveal the identity of that person in front of the special police team formed by the Kerala government.
