Etah News: Under the Gangster Act, Jugendra Singh Yadav and Rameshwar Singh Yadav's kiln and land worth about Rs 3 crore were confiscated.
Etah. Taking action under Section 14(1) of the Gangster Act, the Sakiat police station, in compliance with the order of the District Magistrate, confiscated property of the accused under the Gangster Act worth Rs 2,82,26000 (02 crore 82 lakh 26 thousand) as per rules.
In compliance with the order of District Magistrate Etah in case number 235/22 registered at Police Station Kotwali Nagar under Section 2/3 of the Gangster Act, the named accused 1. Jugendra Singh Yadav and Rameshwar Singh Yadav sons of Lalaram resident of village Amritpur Raghupur Police Station Jasrathpur Etah, present address Mohalla Prem Nagar Police Station Kotwali Nagar Etah, by being active in the world of crime from the year 1978 to 2022, have committed crimes under chapters 16, 17 and 22 of the Indian Penal Code and have acquired a large number of movable and immovable properties from illegal sources by purchasing them in the name of themselves, their family members and people they know.
In which in village Radhenagar police station Sakiat tehsil and district Etah, in Gata No. 253S area of 1.149 ha, 0.574 ha is there and in Gata No. 254/2 area of 0.626 ha, 0.313 ha is there, total area of 0.887 ha land which was purchased on 29.06.2020. On this land, in the name of M/s RS Bricks, 1. Pramod Kumar Yadav son of Rameshwar Singh Yadav, 2. Vinod Kumar son of Ram Khiladi Singh resident of Amritpur Raghupur and 3. Anubhav Yadav son of Vinod Yadav resident of Nagla Qazi par Etah Sakiat tehsil and district Etah (brick kiln) and office are operating.
The proceedings of attachment of all movable and immovable properties situated on the said land under 83 CrPC were done in the presence of Bhavna Vimal, Sub-District Magistrate Sadar, Satish Chandra, Naib Tehsildar Sadar and Area Officer Sakiat, Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, Light Accountant Mohit Kumar and adequate police force.
◆ The estimated value of the seized property is Rs 2,82,26000 (02 crore 82 lakh 26 thousand).
Let us tell you that earlier also the Etah administration has confiscated property worth crores of SP leaders Jugendra Singh Yadav and Rameshwar Singh Yadav. And currently both the brothers are lodged in different jails. A few days ago the son has also been sent to jail.
