Ghaziabad News: Those who encroach upon government land in the municipal corporation area will not be spared. Mayor Sunita Dayal is continuously taking action against the municipal corporation to free government land from illegal occupation. Since Sunita Dayal became the mayor, Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation has freed its land worth crores of rupees from encroachment.

She herself took the initiative to remove encroachments in Kaila Bhatta. It is the effect of this working style of the mayor that she keeps getting information about illegal encroachments, people have started believing that bulldozers will be used on illegal constructions during her tenure.

The green belt will be freed from encroachment ward-15. It came to the notice of the mayor that a builder named Ashish Rungta has constructed apartments by encroaching on 15 feet green belt of the municipal corporation in Pratap Vihar near Charan Singh temple in ward-15 M block, sector-12. As soon as the matter came to notice, Mayor Sunita Dayal instructed garden in-charge Dr Anuj Singh and zonal in-charge Vijay Nagar Vivek Tripathi to fix a date for vacating the government land along with a notice. Use as much force as you want to free the corporation's land from encroachment. 

Not only this, an FIR should also be registered against the occupier. If anyone dares to occupy the land again, then action will also be taken against him under the Land Mafia Act.
