Up police Bharti PET: About 174316 candidates have passed the written exam of Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB). Now the candidates who have been successful have to appear in the next stage of Physical Standard Test (PET) and Document Verification (DV). The physical test has been proposed by the UP Police Board in the third week of December. All the candidates who are going to appear in PET should keep an eye on the official website. Admit card and other important test related information will be released on the official website uppbpb.gov.in.

Ability

Under the Physical Standard Test (PET) of UP Police Recruitment, the candidates will be tested for physical standards and activities like running. Male candidates will have to participate in a 4.8 km race in 25 minutes. Some female candidates will have to participate in a 2.4 km race in 14 minutes.

This should be the standard of length

At the time of PET, the minimum height of any candidate belonging to General, OBC and SC category should be 168 cm. The chest measurement of a male candidate should be 79 cm without expansion and 84 cm with expansion. The minimum height of candidates coming from SC category has been fixed at 160 cm. The chest has been fixed at 77 cm without expansion and 82 cm with expansion.

The height of female candidates from other categories should be 152 cm, while the minimum height of women from ST category has been fixed at 147 cm. However, some separate standards have been set for all these. Candidates can get complete information from the UP Board website. Along with PET and PST, there will also be a process of document verification of the candidates at the time of the test.

Appointment will be given after appearing in all three exams

After PET and DV, finally the candidates will have to take part in the medical examination. In this process, the candidates must be completely physically fit, only then the candidates will be given a place in the final merit list. The candidates who pass in all these exams will be appointed finally.
