Hathras News: 80 to 90 people died in stampede during Bhole Baba's satsang

Hathras/Etah. There was a crowd of about 50 thousand to one lakh in Bhole Baba's Satsang. After the Satsang was over, the crowd started running towards their destination. It is said that due to the swamp in the field, the crowd entered it and children, women and people fell on each other, which led to the incident.

But full information about the incident is not available yet. How did this incident occur? Some people say that some people fell from the highway bridge and others kept falling on them. And the people who had come for the satsang separated and started searching for each other. After the incident occurred, the news spread like wildfire. This Satsang of Bhole Baba was taking place in Ratibhaanpur near Secunderabad of Hathras district. Many people from the state and districts come to listen to Bhole's Satsang.

Let us tell you that many incidents have happened in Bhole Baba's satsang before in which many people have lost their lives. People around Sikandar Rao are running around searching for their relatives and sounds of screaming and shouting are heard all around. Seeing the big incident that happened in Uttar Pradesh, CM Yogi sent his two ministers Sandeep Kumar and Lakshmi Narayan to take stock of the incident and immediately ordered an investigation and sent the Chief Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Director General of Police to the incident site.

Aligarh commissioner will investigate the incident. Strict action will be taken against the culprits and whoever is guilty will not be spared. Bodies of 27 people have been brought to Etah Medical College. Other dead and injured have been admitted to hospitals here and there. Hathras district magistrate has confirmed the death of 50 to 60 people. Most of the dead are women and children while the death toll is increasing. People who went to the Satsang say that the death toll is around 80. And the figure is increasing. Rescue work is underway. People are narrating this horrific incident with moist eyes. Around 100 satsangi have also been injured.
