RJD's Ashok Mehta accepts defeat from Ujiarpur, Nityanand Rai scores a hat-trick of winss

Lok Sabha Chunav Results: The discussion going on for the last several days regarding Ujiarpur, which is important for the Lok Sabha elections, came to an end today. BJP had fielded Nityanand Rai from this seat. At the same time, RJD bet on Alok Mehta. Nityanand Rai has been holding this seat since 2014. After registering victory in 2014, he waved the victory flag here in 2019 by defeating Upendra Kushwaha.

Now in the 2024 elections, Nityanand Rai has been successful in waving the victory flag again from here by defeating Ashok Mehta. BJP's Nityanand Rai won from here by 49,313 votes. However, its official announcement is yet to be made.

On the other hand, Alok Mehta has accepted his defeat. While talking to the media, he said, "I accept my defeat. I have no problem in accepting my defeat. This is the decision of the public, which I have always accepted happily. The victory or defeat of anyone is in the hands of the public. Now I will introspect on where I went wrong and will think about the mistake and will correct whatever flaws I have in myself."
